Thank you for taking a moment to become familiar with my policies.

Serious Inquiries Only
If you would like a feminine, elegant and unforgettable identity, I look forward to working with you! I do not, however, design concepts or provide custom "samples" prior to receiving a deposit and a work order.

Refunds
Because website designs are not tangible items that can be "shipped back", no refunds are given. All sales are final, so please choose carefully the design you would like prior to making your purchase.

Layaway
There are no fees or restrictions on my layaway plan. Pay as little or as much as you would like until the balance is paid in full. Once your account is set up with Galleria di Luce, a deposit is required to hold your design(s), and a payment schedule of the remaining balance will be made per your specifications (with your choice of weekly or monthly payments). An invoice will be sent to you, via email, once a week or month, depending on your plan, and you'll also be provided with a url where you can access your account information, status and balance. Website designs, illustrations, logos and/or any other graphic elements are released/published once your balance is paid in full.

Quotes
Custom quotes for graphics, web design, illustration and/or any other design project are valid for thirty days.

Payment
Galleria di Luce accepts payments through PayPal. You can make your purchase with your debit card, credit card or e-check efficiently and securely without having a PayPal account.

Copyright
Galleria di Luce retains the copyright on all designs, illustrations, and photo art. You may, however, use your purchased designs without restrictions in whatever way necessary to promote and advertise your business.
