Putting Your Business Online is Easy!

1. Unforgettable Identity
The first thing we need to get started is your choice of design - a GORGEOUS, PRE-DESIGNED WEBSITE or an exclusive CUSTOM design, uniquely created especially for you. At this point, if you are interested in custom design, I will send you a questionaire that will give me an idea of your "vision" and what you have in mind.

While I do provide consultations over the telephone should the need arise, all design inquiries, orders and project details are processed in writing, via email or fax, to prevent any misunderstanding. This helps to ensure a smooth design process and efficient service.

2. Deposit and Payment
For custom design, a 50% non-refundable deposit is s required prior to the start of the design project (no exceptions), with the remaining balance due at completion. Upon receipt of deposit, I will begin working on your custom design, and work closely with you throughout the process. When the balance is paid in full, your custom website (all graphics, illustrations, logos and any other design elements) will be uploaded and published to your web host.

For pre-designed websites, payment is due at time of order. Once payment is confirmed, I will begin personalizing your design (business title, optional slogan). No changes are made to pre-designed websites (other than font change). If you would like revision(s), custom charges apply. On your scheduled day, I will install and publish your website.

3. Domain and Web Host
During the design process, you must choose your domain and web host if you don't already have them. Below are two providers I prefer to work with. I generally work with most of the popular web hosts, however, if you already have your website hosted with a provider not listed below, please CONTACT me first to be sure.

Gallery and Brochure-Type Websites
I recommend and work with WWW.TRUEPATH.COM for this type of website. Affordable prices, excellent customer service, tons of storage and many features, such as a Wordpress blog, are included in their packages. Your domain will be ready within 24 to 48 hours of ordering.
E-Commerce (Shopping Cart) Websites
I recommend and work with WWW.PAPPASHOP.COM for online boutiques and stores. Again, affordable prices and many features, including a content management system.
